Breaking Wave Documentary Film Screening Gala

In less than 2 decades Burning Man has evolved from a fringe counter culture event into a global community of artists and social revolutionaries. Even as it’s marginalized and sensationalized by main stream media, it continues to grow at an exponential rate.

And A little dusty piece of this strange world is coming to Vancouver on December 11.

The Breaking Wave documentary follows the build process for a sculpture in the Black Rock  Desert, at last years Burning Man Festival. Shot over 2 weeks in the harsh desert environment, the film follows the construction of the sculpture made completely out of wood gathered from beaches all the way down the Pacific Coast, from British Columbia to California. The effort was monumental, and the challenge of finally assembling the sculpture at Burning Man only to see it go up in flames.

Greetings and welcome to this edition of the JRS, wherein we answer the hot question dancing on the tip of your tongues … WHAT IS THE 2013 ART THEME? We got that for you riiiight down there. We think you’ll like it. We certainly do.

As for the other question — tickets — we don’t have the details yet (soon, we promise), BUT Caveat Magister recently wrote a fascinating post for the Burning Blog that ponders some interesting questions regarding Burning Man and tickets.  Check it out in the ROUND UP OF BURNING MAN WRITINGS section.

OK then … as usual, we’ve got a wide variety of offerings for you, including information about Burners Without Borders activities in response to Hurricane Sandy (get involved!), an opportunity to work for Burning Man (yes, mom, it’s actually job), George Post’s fantastic book featuring 21 years of Burning Man photography (holy bejeezus!), and an excellent time-lapse video from this year’s event that we’re sure you’ll enjoy.

So with that, let us say that we hope your holiday calendar is filling up nicely with friends, family and frivolity.

The Man burns in 274 days!

BURNERS WITHOUT BORDERS AND HURRICANE SANDY

The folks coordinating the Burners Without Borders response to Hurricane Sandy write:

“Destroying a neighborhood, in order to rebuild it: Burners Without Borders and Hurricane Sandy … what’s happening, and how you can help (or, how to turn $30,000 into $1.6 million in a month).

We’ve all heard about Hurricane Sandy’s devastating impact, and Burners all over the country have been responding in all kinds of ways, many with the Occupy Sandy efforts.

For some Sandy brought back memories of Hurricane Katrina, which inspired the creation of BWB. Within days of Sandy, Richard Scott, a founding member of BWB and former head of the Art Support Services Team of the DPW, was on his way to the Jersey Shore to assess where we could help the most.

That place is Union Beach, a small, year round working community absolutely devastated by Hurricane Sandy. (See some of the devastation here http://bit.ly/QPOpCq ) There are over 160 houses that need to be demolished, expensive work that would bankrupt the town. Union Beach asked if BWB could help–and who better to knock a city down so that it can get back up, but Burners? In true playa-synchronicity style, Richard connected with Michael Craddock, a local Burner who had volunteered with BWB/Pisco sin Fronteras doing earthquake relief in Chile, and Michael’s dad owned heavy machinery he was willing to donate to do the heavy lifting of recovery work. Since then, volunteers Jovia Nierenberg & Brenda Zimmerman have shown up to organize the logistics of a long term relief operation.

If BWB-Sandy can demolish all these houses, it will be doing free work worth over $1.6 million, between now and the end of the year. After that, we may go to other communities–if we can, and this is where you come in. We now have the people, and the tools, and the place — the only thing we need now is food and fuel for this growing team. We need to raise $30,000 to fund this all-volunteer, no-cost-to-homeowners gift program.

Support is pouring in — we’ve already received $12,000 (including one anonymous $10,000 donation!), and some amazing fundraisers are happening:
DelRey Bach, FL, December 1st,  Advance screening of “Burning Man and the meaning of life,” portion of proceeds to BWB-Sandy www.jpifproductions.com,
San Francisco, December 7th at Book Club, organized by Partners & SUTRO, details here: http://paperless.ly/UZUj1b, rsvp to [email protected]

Want to organize a benefit? Let us know how we can help!

BWB-Sandy is also networking with area groups in beach and community space clean ups, including supporting Ocean Action Network on a statewide event on December 8th.

THE GAYBORHOOD WANTS YOU!

Toaster writes:

“Greetings all you lovely burners, burgins and artistic antagonistos! This is Toaster, and I would like you to know and perhaps join us in participation within our little community and how we are participating in the rest of the community as well.

THE GAYBORHOOD: As you may know this existed long before there was any web site and this whole project but it has been a source of dialog in the last year. This year the Gayborhood was its strongest. NOT because we are queerer but we are grateful to a wonderous placement team.

While we cater to the LGBTQ++ not all of our members are specifically represented under that acronym. I talked to a vocal member of our community recently (the Burning Man community) and asked him if he would work with me on Queer Burners and his immediate reaction was ‘I’m not gay’. It’s not at all about that.

If NOTHING ELSE TAKE AWAY THIS:
* the web site and its content is just a platform for lgbtq++ to connect with each other and anyone else who wants to enjoy our vibe, too; there is no point where there is a pass/fail for who or… hmmm you make nookie with
* we are all powerfully committed to the 10 principles and a majority of us carry this in our daily lives – too
* we actively engage our community and the community at large with SUPREME Radical Inclusion

The Gayborhood, Gayburbs, Gayburbia or even the Gay Ghetto: whatever you call it are nothing more than pockets where people of all corners have camped or visited. Many of us find safety in coallessing into one giant village like any other out there every year. We are planning on a campout sometime soon in early 2013 and joining 1 or 2 Regional Events as ‘The Village Q’. For more information please check out any of the following links:

A Final Footnote
The 10 Principles +1 (being Grateful) is always with us and everything we do as camps, individuals, villages and as participants in anything we do. I do not speak for anyone else but me; so my posts on the site have my name on them. We have great great people who I get to do some cool stuff with all over the burner community.

I can’t help but point out just a couple of the most outstanding examples of Community and Gifting that have come out of camps/groups who reside in the community:

* Comfort & Joy and their highly successful and evolved canned food drive annually for the Native Americans whose land is in the Black Rock Desert <=http://playajoy.org/

* Out of Los Angeles is ‘Payasos’ which is Spanish for Clown where members of Dickstracted Camp do so many fund raisers for their community. It started off for kids with clef pallets but has grown in many directions!  https://www.facebook.com/pages/Payasos/102950689767779?ref=ts&fref=ts<= their Facebook”

DISTRIKT WANTS YOUR ART!

The DISTRIKT folks write:

“From our inception over a decade ago, our goal has been to provide a great daytime vibe of music, dancing, and alternative arts at Burning Man. We live and breathe our ideals year around, and look forward to giving back to the community that has inspired and bonded us together. So, once again this year we are proud to annouce the 2013 DISTRIKT Art Grant!

We will provide up to $5000 for one or more art installations to be showcased at DISTRIKT during Burning Man 2013. The art should blend and interact with DISTRIKT (i.e.- extremely fragile nighttime-oriented installations won’t make sense at a crowded and energetic camp operating during the day.) Other than that, the sky’s the limit!

As with grants from BRAF or Burning Man itself, this is not a commission — the art is yours to keep. We simply provide funding and a venue within which to showcase your creation. Though we’d love to have you, camping with or becoming a member of DISTRIKT isn’t a requirement.  If you’re interested and feel your installation would be a good fit at DISTRIKT, please follow the following instructions.

Timeline/Process:
Email Letter of Inquiry (LOI) to [email protected] no later than December 31st 2012.
The LOI should include the following information
-Name of artist or collective
-Name phone number, email address, and mailing address of contact person
-Name of project or program
-Amount requested up to $5000
-Brief description of project, and how it fits the ethos of DISTRIKT (400 words or less)
-Attachment or link to images or conceptual drawings

Invitations for proposals, along with further instructions, will be extended no later than January 15th, 2013. Proposals are accepted by invitation only, and are due February 15th, 2013. Selected grantees are notified March 1st, 2013. Initial funding released to new grantees by March 15th, 2013. Finally, regardless of how Burning Man decides to conduct ticket sales this year, please note that we can work with the winner(s) to procure tickets if necessary.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to respond quickly.  Now bring it on!!

With love,
Your DISTRIKT Governors”

A GIVING TREE – BENEFIT IN SUPPORT OF BURNERS WITHOUT BORDERS – SF, CA – DEC 7

We don’t normally post local fundraising events (because many of you don’t care, if you’re not in the immediate vicinity, right?), but this one has a great message attached to it that’s worth bringing to your attention. So this is a special case … Ariel Sutro (Bay Area Administrator for the 2011 Trojan Horse & Co-Founder of Vertical Camp) writes to tell us of her company’s holiday fundraising party to support Burners Without Borders:

“Partners & Sutro was forged out of relationships and experiences at Burning Man. After building Vertical Camp for 5 years, and then the Horse four of us got together and decided to make our Burning community our ‘real life’. A year ago we started a business together – and our office and event space, Book Club, has become a vibrant community space we can share for events like this. The holidays are a good time to ask ourselves what we can do for others. Burners Without Borders is particularly special – because you know the donated dollars go directly to work. The ‘boots on the ground’ Burner gift force is inspiring to all – we are happy to support their efforts, and motivate our friends and business partners to do so as well.

We’re creating ‘A Giving Tree’ to support the current cleanup in NJ. Guests will decorate the tree with their cash and checks, and ornaments they’ll make from housing scraps BWB is sending out from NJ. Many in our community are offering to help – we’ve already raised $500 from people who can’t make the event and St. George Artisan Distillery is sending over 3 cases of their spirits.

Saturday morning our $10,000 donation will hit NJ and the crews will immediately put it to work.

5MPH? DAMN, THAT’S SLOW!

There must be a method to our madness, right? We don’t just think that driving slower than your car naturally idles is fun, promise. The reasons for the super-low speed limit (5mph) are many, but we can group ’em into two buckets: enjoyment and safety.

Enjoyment! Let’s start here. If everyone driving past your camp is going 5mph, they’re not kicking up dust (much, anyway) and crop-dusting your camp. They’re going slow enough to look you in the eye. Burning Man has begun … slow down … take the time to soak it in and enjoy your surroundings.

Safety! Let’s face it, BRC can seem like somebody kicked an anthill — it’s madness out there. Driving at 5mph, you’re more likely to see the blitzkrieg of pedestrians, bikers, artworks and whatever-the-hell-THAT-was’s in your path — especially at night. Seriously, you don’t want to be the guy who ran that dude over, cuz that would completely suck.

Patience is a virtue, dusty friends. Let’s not trash the playa surface, choke out our neighbors, nor miss the opportunity to connect. Slow it down. You’ll get there, promise.

W2 & Connecting Circles Present: A Night of Deep Sounds, Art and Ideas
Saturday, November 17, 2012
8:00pm until 4:30am
https://www.facebook.com/events/187836324685263/

So it’s been a little while since our last show back in January. This time we are excited to be offering a fresh lineup that combines live and electronic performances by BC locals. Two floors of music will be accompanied by an art gallery, video installation and live painting on the main floor, featuring work by West Coast visual artists.

The evening will also be preceded by a panel discussion and Q&A to introduce and evolve ideas related to a new community fundraising initiative called the New Democratic Dance Party, which will be launched on December 15th. This initiative will organize dance events in order to pool community funds and resources which are then used as grants to enable local, socially conscious projects. These projects are selected by the event participants through a direct democratic process that will take place live at the venue. More details:

BRAF is now accepting Letters of Interest (LOI’s) for our 2013 Grant Cycle. LOI’s are due December 1, 2012. Apply for a BRAF grant and bring interactive, participatory art experiences into your home town.

About BRAF Grants
BRAF funds highly interactive, community-driven works of art that prioritize community involvement in their development, execution and display. We fund art that is accessible to the public, civic in scope and prompts the viewer to act. We like art that can be experienced in more ways than visually – art that is touched, heard or experienced as well as viewed. We prioritize funding art that involves the audience in its conception, creation and presentation.

Does this sound like your artwork? Apply for a BRAF grant!

Burning Man – What’s the connection?
Our grantees create projects that are akin to the highly interactive and engaging art experienced at the annual Burning Man event. BRAF grantee projects bring like-minded interactive projects to the rest of the world. Some of our grantees employ a valuable connection with the Burning Man Regional Network, utilizing existing collaborations and established collectives to usher in new artwork into their local communities. Many of our grantees have no connection with the extended Burning Man network, but share the inspiration to spark civic engagement through interactive art.

Greetings friends! We hope this finds you well, and enjoying yourselves as the year drifts into Fall. And we particularly hope that our friends along the eastern seaboard of the US are weathering Hurricane Sandy safely … sure sounds like a whopper.

But tell ya what, when disaster strikes, ain’t no place we’d rather be than with other self-reliant Burners who know how to gift their skills to those in need, cuz yeah, that’s how we roll. Stay safe out there, folks!

We’re excited to tell you that we passed the BLM inspection last week with flying colors, and it’s all thanks to YOU and your efforts to Leave No Trace … that AND the heroic efforts of the Playa Restoration crew that has now returned (albeit a bit dusty, bleary-eyed and somewhat disoriented) from their long days in the desert sun.

And just in time too, because guess what? It has already started to snow in Gerlach. Brrrrrr. We’re hoping for a big winter that will tamp down the playa surface for next year … but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

We’ve got a nice little JRS for you this time around, featuring some beautiful photography, videography, stories — AND A BRAND NEW SECTION called “Black Rock City Civics”, which will feature one tidbit per JRS about being an upstanding citizen of Black Rock City (How do community bikes work? What’s good generator etiquette? What are the limits of radical self-expression? Is wood MOOP? You get the idea). It promises to be illuminating for both first-timers and vets alike.

The Man burns in 305 days!

BURNING MAN PASSES BLM INSPECTION – 2013 IS ON!

We’re excited to report (and you’re likely excited to hear) that Burning Man has passed the BLM inspection of Black Rock City’s footprint on the Black Rock Desert. This means that Burning Man 2013 will happen, which is rad, of course.

Big thanks to all of YOU who did your part to Leave No Trace, and to the hard-working Playa Restoration crew (the largest ever) to tackle the task at hand: removing every last trace of Black Rock City.

WELL DONE EVERYBODY! Here’s the full story, as told by The Hun:

HELP REUNITE LOST CAMERAS WITH THEIR OWNERS

Turns out this has become a super fun annual tradition. Here’s Burning Man staffer Lee Anna Mariglia to tell you about it (including a highly-apropos video addendum):

“A small selection of images from the cameras turned into Playa Info’s Lost and Found at this year’s event have been uploaded to Flickr. Designed to help reunited cameras with their rightful owner, this project was first begun in 2010 with great success. We ask you and your friends to peruse these images and, if you recognize any friendly faces, please let those friendly face owners know that their camera has been found.

Detailed instructions for how one would reunite with their camera are found below each image.

To get started, check out http://www.flickr.com/photos/burning_man_lost_and_found/

Happy hunting,
Lee Anna

WHAT’S UP WITH TICKETS FOR BURNING MAN 2013?

We know you’re wondering. Even as last year’s tickets were just going on sale, we began reviewing what worked, what didn’t, and ways we could improve the system for future years. We are listening to your feedback, collecting input from many voices and experts in the community, and are deep in the process of working out the plan for this year. These are not decisions we take lightly and there are many factors to consider, so please be patient as we determine the ticketing plan for 2013.

All announcements related to 2013 tickets will be included in future editions of the Jackrabbit, with full information posted on the web site … so stay tuned!

TWO VIDEOS FROM COOL ART INSTALLATIONS

Michael Emery sent us in this video of his piece “Nelumbo Nucifera” from Burning Man 2011. We’ll admit we didn’t get to see it at night, which now that we’re seeing this footage, we realize that was REALLY DUMB. Because it was cool. See:

http://vimeo.com/45848840

Second up, we have The Starlight Project from Burning Man 2012, by Erich Remash, Jeremy Berglund, Don Peterson and Chad Ingle. It’s a beautiful set of laser-cut icosahedrons (we’re admittedly a bit foggy on our advanced geometry, so we’re trusting the artists here) laid out in the formation of the constellation Orion. Which is cool.

http://vimeo.com/50586237

See? Cool.

FULL CIRCLE: GEORGE POST’S BURNING MAN BOOK EVENT – SF – NOVEMBER 13

Our friend George Post writes to tell us of this event, supporting his new (and excellent, we must say) Burning Man photography book.

“ASMP NorCal presents a Burning Man book event on November 13th with George Post at Fort Mason in San Francisco.

Long-time playa photographer George Post first met the Burning Man at Fort Mason when the 1991 Man was erected and displayed on a floating barge tied between the piers on the Summer Solstice of that year. Following the ceremonial “Raising of the Man” and the generator-powered illumination of his neon nervous system, a film of the first (1990) Black Rock Desert burn was shown in the Cowell Theatre. Impressed by the photographic possibilities, George journeyed to the 1991 event and has continued to attend every year since.

Now the Northern California Chapter of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) presents a Fort Mason evening with George and his new book, “Dancing with the Playa Messiah,” in the Southside Theatre in Building D on November 13th. Social hour with light refreshments begins at 6pm, program to follow from 7-9pm. General Admission is $10 (free to ASMP General Members, $5 for ASMP Associate and Student Members).

George’s self-published book is a 216-page 12×12″ hardback with nearly 1000 color photographs from 21 consecutive years of documenting Burning Man. FLAME EFFECTS FOR THE ARTIST – SEATTLE, WA – DECEMBER 1-2

DaveX, who manages all the fire safety on playa (bless his heart), writes:

“Our friends at the Hazard Factory and Ignition Northwest are our hosts as the next Flame Effects for the Artists class comes to Seattle Washington.

Attention all artists who wish to incorporate fire aspects into their art! This class is for you …

The workshop will be teaching basic practices and principles for incorporating fuel based flame effects into your work. This class is great for the beginning fire artist and always has something new for the ‘expert’. Each one of these classes has drawn participants who have had all levels of experience. This has made for some great questions and projects that have been both fun and challenging.

This class will be fun for the artist who is thinking of incorporating a small flame element into their work, as well as the more experienced fire artist wanting to take their work to the next level.

The cost of this 2-Day class will be $150. Both days’ classes will be from 10am – 5pm. Printed materials and a crappy but filling lunch of whatever cheap food we can get will be provided each day.

Joining Dave X in leading this class will be Eric Smith, Chief Inspector for the State of Nevada Board for the Regulation of LP Gas. We will also have displays and demonstrations of fire art from several local fire artists!

Check out some pics of past classes:

BRAND-BE-GONE! COVER YOUR LOGOS

One of Burning Man’s 10 Principles is “Decommodification”, by which our community seeks to create social environments that are unmediated by commercial sponsorships, transactions, or advertising. Black Rock City is the one place in the world where you don’t have to be inundated by advertising. In this spirit, participants have long been encouraged to cover, augment or mutate (usually to humorous effect) logos on their rental vehicles, et al. This practice seems to have languished in recent years, but we hope to see its revival in 2013 and beyond. Go forth and Decommodify!

Playa science #2: Dust storms

Playa science #2: Dust storms.
By Ess Dot

Like it, or dread it, the sudden blinding disorientation of a playa storm is unavoidable part of life in Black Rock City. How does this work? Here is your latest uninvited dose of playa geek science.

You may have noticed that in a white out, there is a buzz of sand particles that hit your feet and ankles but only dust aloft. The interaction of these large particles and the finer dust is key to the puzzle. The guy who first wrote at length on Aeolian particle dynamics wasn’t a scientist, but a military man. Brigadier Ralph Bagold spent most of his career travelling in the Sahara. Bagnold was obsessed with the desert, dunes and sand dynamics. From all accounts he was much more interested in desert physics than ambushing lost German troops. In 1941, Bagnold published his observations in the classic “The Physics of Blown Sand and Desert Dunes”. The book has been cited over a 1000 times in the past 70 years, including NASA who used his work for modelling dune dynamics on Mars (It’s even been cited by this here lowly graduate student, who wrote a defence of the work for a term paper, lol)
Bagnold’s sharp insight was that airborne particle dynamics can be approximately divided into three phases. When the wind reaches a critical speed it disturbs a first phase of particles called ‘saltators’. When these guys get airborne, they bounce along disturbing myriads of other particles every time they hit the ground. Most of the newly disturbed particles simply creep along at a low level. These creepers are called ‘reptators’. However, a small fraction of particles become properly airborne to become tiny flying missiles and if the wind is strong enough, they add to the existing fleet of saltators. Some of the saltators get caught up, like in stuff around your camp. The newly sedimented, or ‘landed’ fraction, eventually balances out the the influx of saltators creating a steady-state of critters in the air. All this dramarama of flying saltators result in that satisfying tiny buzz on your ankles. The reptators creep along harmlessly eventually forming playa serpents (but that’s for another post!). Unfortunately, the saltators disturb a third fraction specific to the playa; the very fine mud dust that our bikes and art cars release during daily meanderings. When the saltators kick up this dust, along with the added shear force of ground gusts, these tiny 10-100 micron particles stay airborne for much longer periods of time. They are so fine that the sedimentation time is in tens of minutes, instead of ~0.5-10 seconds for the saltators. White out!
Bagnold went on to investigate very rare desert phenomena, such as the ‘singing sands’ which are a natural sound phenomenon sometimes heard near Barchan dunes. This ‘singing’ has been measured at a rumbling 105 decibels. I’ll bet Bagnold would have liked the rumblings of Black Rock City. Wait for the drop, Brigadier Bagnold, wait for the drop.

Through the sandglass we go…
http://throughthesandglass.typepad.com/through_the_sandglass/2009/01/the-man-who-figured-out-how-deserts-work.html
Note that most deserts have a much higher sand – dust fraction than the playa. This is why the sand serpents never get to any great size and why saltators never really get above knee height. That along with the annual winter flood.

Afterglow recognized as an Official Burning Man Regional Event!
The Vancouver Regional Contacts are happy to announce that we have just received notification from the Burning Man Organization that Afterglow has been approved as an Official Burning Man Regional Event.

Receiving this status is an honour, and we want to ensure that everyone feels included and is invited to participate, so that Afterglow will indeed be a radically inclusive community event. Read on below for Erik’s callout for participation and visit the website to figure out where you fit in.

This status allows the Production team to utilize trademarked words such as Burning Man and Decompression to assist in their outreach to the broader burner community. The RCs are tasked with ensuring that the event promises to fulfill the requirements for an official event, and we will continue to follow the event’s progress up until the event wrap up report is completed.

We would also like to acknowledge BurnBC in their efforts to produce a fall Decompression event, and look forward to supporting their future endeavours.

Congratulations to the Afterglow Production Team and to our community for making this possible.
Onwards and forwards, only 29 days until Vancouver’s Decompression: Afterglow!!

The TEST Launch of the live event. MUSIC LINE-UP TBA

Over the last year I’ve spoken to many of you about a project that fuses dance culture with democratic process. The result being an organization that funds community grants which are selected through live voting. For now this project is being called the New Democratic Dance Party (NDDP).

What is the NDDP you ask?
The NDDP is a network of event organizers, promoters, DJs, performers, musicians, dancers, artists and more. The NDDP organizes dance events to pool community funds and resources which then enable socially conscious community projects. These projects are chosen through a direct democratic process that will take place LIVE at the event.

Why?
1) Enable members of the community to pursue their dreams
2) Create independence away from our current financial system
3) Give us cause for celebration.
4) Build community
5) Put our culture in a positive light to the rest of society

How?
Do you have an and idea or project you wish to start? Need some funding?
The NDDP is looking to the public to submit written proposals to apply for grants. Once we gather a number of proposals, four will be selected. A committee of four (diverse in age, gender, sexuality, finance, and race) will each nominate a proposal to go forward to be voted on by the public at the Dance Party.

You pay for entry into the party ($15-$20). When you pay you are then given a BALLOT.
Part way through the party, we will showcase the four nominated proposals on the projectors. The ticket (ballot) buyers will then go to the polls and use their ballot to vote on one of the four proposals they would like the nights proceeds to fund.

Once the votes have been counted, and the door money has been counted, we call to stage the nominee who received the most votes. We then give the winner 10 minutes or so to explain their project in more detail. If they need help from the community this is also the time to find human resources. By making it public, the person is held accountable by the community to follow through on their project and to use the grant wisely and appropriately, while knowing they have a network of support to aid them if need be. Even if the grant is insufficient to fund their entire project, the NDDP will check in with the person awarded the grant to see which tasks they put the grant towards, and which tasks they will need further aid for.

As an event organizer I know that it can be hard to make any kind of $ off of dance events. In order for this community to be able to raise enough finance to support a decent sized project, we will need people to volunteer time, resources, and skill. Essentially the less overhead costs, the larger the grants will be for projects.

WHO?
YOU!

Right now we are looking for people to support this idea. We want to make these democratic dance parties a quality production. In order for that to happen we need the help from the community to help out.

We NEED DJs, promoters, event planners, performers, artists, photographers, vidioegraphers, bloggers etc.
But we need more than just people to make the event happen.
WE NEED PROJECTS TO FUND!
If you have an idea to submit or wish to help produce an event, please send an email to:

TOGETHER we can pursue our dreams!
